Shalar Geldynazarov is appointed as the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to India

By the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Shalar geldynazarov was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of India (New Delhi). He was conferred with diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
