A MEETING OF THE DELEGATIONS OF CUSTOMS OF TURKMENISTAN AND IRAN WAS HELD AT THE BORDER CHECKPOINT OF «SARAKHS»

On November 6, 2023, a working meeting of the heads of the Customs Services of the two countries, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, was held at the «Sarakhs-Sarakhs» checkpoint on the Turkmen-Iranian border of friendship.

Important issues and priorities for the further development of the
Turkmen-Iranian customs cooperation were discussed at the meeting.

The parties expressed to each other their initiatives and proposals aimed at developing and simplifying trade relations between Turkmenistan and Iran. It was noted that the meeting of representatives of customs services will strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
