The Consul General of Turkmenistan in Iran met with the head of the representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran

On April 2, 2024, a meeting was held between the Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran and A. Masumifar, the Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the North-East Region in Mashhad.

During the meeting, the parties, discussed in the atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding the entire range of bilateral relations such as political, trade-economic, transport-communications, cultural-humanitarian and other fields of turkmen-iranian relations.

the parties exchanged views on various aspects of bilateral relations, such as political, trade-economic, transport-communication, cultural-humanitarian, in the context of friendly Turkmen-Iranian relations.

During the meeting, diplomats also noted the successful development of inter-state and inter-provincial cooperation in recent years and discussed the implementation of the results of high-level visits and meetings.

The parties also exchanged views on joint activities to be held in the year of 2024 - «Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi» and expressed confidence that mutually beneficial relations based on the principles of friendship and good neighborliness will be successfully developed further.
